Now, iPhone/iPodTouch 3.1.2 jailbreak released but it’s a RC 3 version. But you can make jailbreak with blackra1n. It can be used in Windows and Mac. However, you must use first time with Windows. Mac can’t do jailbreak with blackra1n. First, download the blackra1n for windows. Plugin your iPhone/iPodTouch and then open iTune (iTune should be latest version). Second, open the blackra1n.exe and click make it ra1n button. Don’t worry about making jailbreak. You can restore factory default with iTune. Take it easy. Wait a minute and iPhone/iPodTouch will restart and jailbreak image appear.Well done! You got it! iTune alert message and click ok and forget it. You iPhone/iPodTouch will restart after appear jailbreak image. You will see blackra1n app in your iPhone/iPodTouch. Click this icon and install Cydia. Finished!

After happy ending for iPhone 3Gs and iPod Touch 3G
It’s not happy ending. You will trouble when you restart your iPhone/iPodTouch. No booting , just show connect to iTune Image. Wow! How to do it ? Don’t be crazy. Take it easy. Don’t restore with iTune.Open blackra1n.exe or blackra1n (in Mac) and then click make it ra1n. It will recovery automatically and nothing will change.So,you must know, you will make Make it ra1n when restart iPhone/iPodTouch. blankra1n is RC 3 and I hope it can do in full version,soon. Most of the people close the power to their iPhone/iPodTouch when they sleep or no battery.So, don’t close if you don’t need. If you open again, just do make it ra1n again.

i wanna know that restarting the iPod is automactically run itself or i have to do that?
Coz nothing appear for restarting in my iPod when i finished installing “cydia”

please help my problem. i face the problem when updating my iphone 3g from 3.0 to 3.1.2.i’ using window xp, itune 9.0( may b latest version). i also checked my usb cable and slot. but still i face problem when i updating os 3.1.2. it show error. please help me.

You should download 3.1.2 firmware first and update it.

ကၽြန္ေတာ့ iPhone 3GS ကေတာ့ ေဒတာေတြအကုန္ပါသြားပါတယ္ခင္မ်ာ။ ဘယ္လိုၿဖစ္မွန္းမသိပါ။ wi-fi ၇တဲ့ ေနရာကိုသြားၿပီးလုပ္တာပါ။ စက္က အိမ္ကစက္မဟုတ္လို႕ Sync ၿဖစ္သြားၿပီး ေဒတာေတြ အကုန္ကုန္သြားတယ္ထင္ပါတယ္ခင္မ်ာ။

Sn0w ဆိုတာကိုinstall လုပ္လိုက္မွ Unlock ၿဖစ္သြားတာပါ။
အဲဒါကို ရုတ္တရက္မေတြ႕ပဲ Cydia ကို အရင္ install လုပ္မိၿပီးေတာ့ ဖုန္းေခၚမရလို႕ ေတာ္ေတာ္လန္႕သြားေသးတယ္။

custom firmware လုပ္ဖို႕အတြက္ Mac ရိွဖုိ႕လိုတယ္။ pwnagetool သံုးျပီးေတာ့ custom firmware ဖန္တီးလို႕ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ iPodTouch 3G ကိုေတာ့ support မလုပ္ပါဘူး။

အိမ္မွာမဟုတ္တဲ ့အခါမွာေတာ့ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး ဒုကၡေရာက္ပါတယ္။ Laptop ကိုလဲအၿမဲတမ္းၾကီးသယ္မသြားႏုိင္ဘူးေလ။ Battery ကုန္လို ့အားၿပန္သြင္းပီးရင္ ဘာမွလုပ္လို ့မရေတာ့ဘူး။ i Phone ကိုင္ပီး Battery ကိုေခြ်တာေနရတာကလဲ အလုပ္ေတာ့ သိပ္မဟုတ္ေသးဘူး။ ၿမန္မာေဖာင့္ေၾကာင့္သာ Jailbreak လုပ္ရတာပါ။ restart ၿပီးရင္ Blackra1n ေလးၿပန္မ Run လို ့ရမယ့္နည္းလမ္းေလး ေက်းဇူးၿပဳေပးပါ။

jailbreak ေရးတဲ့ သူကုိယ္တိုင္က iPhone 3Gs နဲ႕ iPodTouch 3G မွာပါတဲ့ boot version အသစ္ကို jailbreak မလုပ္ႏိုင္ေသးပါဘူး။ လုပ္ႏိုင္တဲ့အခါမွ ရႏိုင္မွာပါ။ iPhone 3Gs ကေတာ့ ရေနျပီလားေတာ့ မသိဘူး။

iPodTouch 2G ကေန 3.1.2 ကို အရင္ upgrade လုပ္ရပါတယ္။ http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ ကေန 3.1.2 firmware ကို download ခ်ျပီး upgrade လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။

if you from myanmar, add saudi proxy in iPhone and install it. Cydia site has been ban in Myanmar.

Hi Dude,

Mine is 3GS MC model 3.1.3 BB 05.12.01 using singapore tel 3G . Is it possible to jailbreak with blackra1n RC3?. I already tested with sn0wbreeze n not work! .I did restore one time from itune.Only wanna jailbreak bcoz like to see myanmar font. please advised.
